This accessibility statement applies to the website www.expresta.eu operated by Expresta s.r.o., Obchodno-výstavný objekt B, Devínska Nová Ves 7465, 841 07 Bratislava - Devínska Nová Ves, Slovak Republic, ID: 43 954 782, VAT ID: SK2022532600, a company registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court Bratislava III, section Sro, File 50241/B, represented by Matej Kitka, managing director.

1. Compliance status

The websites of Expresta s.r.o. are created in partial compliance with Act No. 424/2023 Coll., on accessibility requirements for certain products and services, Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services, and maximally respect the rules for accessible web design as defined in the methodological instruction of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. The goal is full compliance with the internationally recognized standards WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), level AA.

Our websites meet accessibility requirements, specifically in the following ways:

  • websites can be controlled only with the keyboard without the need for a mouse;
  • all text content on the website is machine-readable (with exceptions stated in point 2. Inaccessible content);
  • the controls have clear, understandable labels;
  • we use contrasting colors for easy navigation on the website (with exceptions stated in point 2. Inaccessible content);
  • all audiovisual recordings also include subtitles for the deaf (with exceptions stated in point 2. Inaccessible content).;
  • OTP accessible login option availible.

Inaccessible content

Most of the content of these pages is accessible and usable, however, some parts are currently partially inaccessible. Some older photos may lack alternative text descriptions or some videos embedded directly on the website may lack captions. Some links (and alternative photo texts when used as links) do not have recognizable names in the mobile version of the website. Some elements (buttons, notifications, etc.) do not have a sufficient contrast ratio of background and foreground colors. Some buttons in the mobile version of the website do not have accessible names (screen readers read them as “button”). In this case, bringing these shortcomings into compliance with the law and accessibility rules would be financially demanding for the operator, therefore this is not additionally modified and a temporary exemption is applied due to disproportionate burden.
