Guidelines for Processing Reviews
How does collecting product reviews from customers work at Expresta?
- Your opinion is important to us. If you shop with us, you can decide to write reviews for individual products.
- We do not edit your reviews in any way. The only exception may be aggressive and downright vulgar reviews, which we delete immediately.
- We publish verified reviews coming exclusively from customers who have actually purchased the reviewed products on the e-shop.
In these Guidelines for processing reviews, we will explain how you can rate us after your purchase and how we will handle your review.

How can I rate the product I purchased?
You will receive emails from us with a link to submit a review via Trusted Shops unless you opt out of receiving emails with a link to submit a review. You can opt out during the ordering process immediately before submitting your order.
Reviews can be filtered directly on the Trusted Shops website. As a rule, we display all reviews, whether positive or negative.
What to avoid when writing a review?
When writing a review, we ask you to avoid several things that should not appear in your reviews. Avoid vulgarity, racism, incitement to violence and personal attacks. It is also not appropriate to include your personal information or the information of third parties, or otherwise violate privacy protection.
If you have any questions about your purchase, please use the contact form or discussion, reviews are not for that purpose. Reviews should primarily serve to evaluate the product, so we ask you to refrain from solving problems that are not directly related to the quality of the product or the service provided by us.
How is it ensured that reviews are not fake?
Verified reviews, submitting a review via Trusted shops. Only customers who have purchased products on our website can leave reviews for these products. This means that it is technically possible to enter reviews for our e-shop only for customers who have purchased from us and are evaluating the user experience of the product they purchased.
What should I do if I haven't received the product review link?
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can contact us via email info@expresta.eu and a link will be sent to you.
These review processing rules are valid from 1.5.2026.
