If you contact us at info@expresta.eu with your request, we will gladly arrange the deletion of your personal data from our database (excluding data that falls under statutory exceptions – for example, data required for mandatory accounting records). 3. Can I download my data from your database?

All the personal data we have available about you can be found within your customer account (orders, invoices, graphic designs, and more), from where you can copy or modify it.
If you require your graphic files in print quality, please contact us at info@expresta.eu. We can provide them to you free of charge, provided they were originally supplied by you and we did not make any adjustments, or if it was a case of paid graphic design work. If the graphic design was processed free of charge as part of a print order, we can only provide it to you in print quality (e.g., for reprinting elsewhere) for a fee of €15 including VAT per individual design.
